Refund Policy

This policy covers every plugin and bundle sold on nexomc.com, and it applies wherever you live. Some countries also give consumers statutory rights we cannot reduce; where those apply they sit on top of this policy and nothing here takes them away. Section 2 covers the main one.

1. What you are buying

Every product here is digital: a licence and a downloadable JAR file. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return. Access appears on your account page as soon as the payment provider confirms it.

2. The 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and EEA)

If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA, the Consumer Rights Directive gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content without giving a reason. That right ends once the download begins, and by downloading the file you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal.

In practice this means:

• You have not downloaded the file yet. Ask within 14 days for a full refund, no reason needed.
• You have downloaded the file. The statutory right no longer applies, but section 3 still does.

We do not ask you to declare where you live. We go by the billing country you gave Stripe or PayPal at checkout, so if that country is in the EU or EEA this section applies to you automatically and you do not need to prove anything.

Buying from outside the EU and EEA? This particular right is a European one, so it may not apply to you. Two things still do: any equivalent protection your own country's consumer law gives you, which we honour on the same terms; and section 3 below, which we apply to every customer regardless of location. In practice a buyer in the United States or Singapore is treated exactly like one in Germany.

3. Refunds we give anyway, wherever you are

This section is our own promise rather than a legal requirement, so it applies to every customer in every country. A licence you cannot use is not a sale worth keeping. We will refund you if:

• the plugin does not work on a server that meets the stated requirements, and we cannot fix it for you in a reasonable time;
• you were charged twice for the same product (we detect most of these and refund automatically);
• the product was materially different from its description on this site;
• you were charged after a cancelled or failed checkout.

We generally do not refund a working plugin because you changed your mind after using it, bought it for a server you no longer run, or did not read the requirements. Ask anyway if your case is unusual.

4. How to request one

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or open a ticket in our Discord. Include the order reference from your account page. We aim to answer within 3 working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe or PayPal. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear, usually 5 to 10 working days.

5. What happens to your licence

A refunded purchase loses access to its downloads, and any Discord roles it granted are removed. Continuing to run a refunded copy is a breach of the licence in our Terms of Service.

6. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A dispute pauses the licence automatically while the case is open. If it is resolved in your favour the purchase is refunded; if not, access returns.
