Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of nexomc.com and any plugin you buy here. Buying a product or creating an account means you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. Your account

You need an account to buy and download. Keep your credentials to yourself, use a real address you can receive mail at, and tell us if you think someone else has got in. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.

We may suspend any account used to break these terms, abuse other users, or attack the service.

3. Licence

A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use that plugin on servers you own or operate, for as long as you comply with these terms. Updates are included.

You may not:

• redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the JAR or its contents anywhere;
• share your copy with another server owner, or use one licence across organisations;
• remove, alter, or obscure the licence identifiers embedded in the file;
• decompile or reverse engineer the plugin except where that right cannot be excluded by law.

Every download is watermarked with an identifier tied to your account. A copy found in public is traceable, and we terminate the licence behind it without a refund.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store your card details. Access is granted when the provider confirms the payment, which is usually immediate but can take days for a bank transfer or eCheck.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Availability

We work to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, pause, or retire a product. If we retire one you bought, your existing licence and your access to the last released build remain.

6. Third-party platforms

Our plugins run on Minecraft server software published by others. NexoMC is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or the PaperMC project. We are not responsible for changes they make that affect compatibility, though we do our best to keep up.

7. User content

Reviews you post stay yours, but you give us the right to display them on this site. Keep them honest and civil. We remove content that is abusive, misleading, or unlawful, and we may remove a review from someone who did not buy the product.

8. Liability

The plugins are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from their use. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you paid us for the product concerned.

Back up your server. A plugin that writes to your world is still software.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in our Discord and the date above will change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

Norwegian law applies, and the courts of Norway have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence.
